Do you like Imperial Stouts? If so, check out this one by Founders Brewing Company https://foundersbrewing.com/.
At the West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault , http://www.WestPalmBeer.com they love big, dark beers.
“The two biggest craft beers that have put this industry over the top are the hoppy IPA and the big stout” said Dan Galasso, who is aiming to open downtown West Palm Beach’s first craft brewery, tap room and wine vault by April 1, 2017.
“I love stouts and porters. Founders has been a favorite of mine for some time now, and to try their Imperial Stout in a bottle is a treat.”
Look for Galasso and his “brew rats” to bring a number of standard wines to his lineup, as well as some seasonal and “reserve” beers.
The brewery and taproom’s website is up and running, but the final wine list and beer list has not been finalized.
When complete, the brewery and wine vault at 332 Evernia Street will list all that they are pouring on their website. https://www.google.com/maps/place/332+Evernia+St,+West+Palm+Beach,+FLfirstname.lastname@example.org,-80.0553417,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x88d8d68a06099c41:0x495be389e961cb9!8m2!3d26.71108!4d-80.053153
Pre-releases, futures offerings, and upcoming releases and beer release parties will be made known through an email newsletter that fans can sign up for.
“The email newsletter and e-mail list will provide consumers with much more than information on events and release parties and what’s new and around the corner. Fans will be offered to purchase wines & craft beer on an exclusive, pre-release basis, the same way that Bordeaux wine futures are sold prior to release. Customers in West Palm will be able to secure an allocation of craft beer and wine before the general public gets that opportunity, and before we pour at the door.”
“We’ve made a great American Stout, another with lower carbonation and two others, each with chocolate and coffee influences. We expect to have a nitro on tap, as well as a rotating number of porters, and stouts.”
