Our food menu, while limited, offers fresh, local ingredients, farm-to-table, lots of flavor, and always made-2-order.
What we lack in variety, we make up for in taste. The Venetian Panini and Florence-inspired wood fire/brick oven pizza cry out for a glass of wine from The Vault. Chef Andrew uses only fresh dough and mozzarella which he personally makes right here at The Intracoastal Kitchen. His wood fired crispy wings are sensational, and pair wonderfully with Chief Brewer Joel Kodner’s delicious drafts.
Each week, Chef Andrew offers two, flavor-packed, fire-roasted, seasonal vegetables– you don’t need butter or tons of oil to eat well & healthy. The seriously-smoked® Texas style BBQ ribs & brisket sell out fast and are offered on a limited basis, served dry or with a side of our home made stout BBQ sauce. For those of us who train and watch our diet more closely, we offer huge mixed green/spinach salads with added chicken. You’ll get about 24 grams of protein, low carbs, fiber & flavor. Our vinaigrette is homemade, in-house. If you want to be bad, or it’s your “cheat night”, try our fire roasted mac-‘n-cheese.
