When it comes to great craft breweries that really provide their customers with beers that pop, Ipswich Ale Brewery in Ipswich, Massachusetts is likely one of the best United States breweries! Not only do they have a great handle on aging some of their brews in wine barrels, providing one heck of a kick and some seriously interesting flavor, but they’ve also opened up their restaurant!
With 15 tap lines and a menu that offers everything but a piece of the kitchen sink, this restaurant and tap house is already buzzing with business. Of course, this was to be expected considering it’s located right in the brewery! For those who may be unsure of who these guys are, maybe you’ll recognize a few of their brews such as Zumatra Stout, Dry Irish Stout, Barley Wine, and their Riverbend Pilsner. How about their Clown Shoes line like Hammer of the Beast (pictured)? If those don’t seem to tweak your memory, how about some of their sodas? Yes, we said sodas!
If all of those offerings aren’t enough, how about scheduling one of their Tapmobiles for your next event? No, we’re not kidding guys. You can really have a brew truck at your event! We’ve all seen food trucks, now let’s kick it up a notch and make a brew truck. Oh wait, Ipswich has already done it!
We’ve already had the fortunate opportunity to try some of their amazing Ales here at West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault and we have to say that south Florida is better for having access to these folks offerings! Their seasonal and single run beers are interesting and the way they create hybrids is truly special. They’ve already proven themselves to us, now go get some so they can prove their worth to you too!
