Our Journey

With so many changes happening in the West Palm Beach scene our heads are reeling and our hearts are filled with excitement.  From the expansion of the Tri-Rail to the Warehouse District improvements, and now the new artwork that is planned for the area, we’re patiently waiting to see what improvement will be made next!

Warehouse District improvements make huge strides for the area

The Warehouse District, long left to sit and rot, has been given a new lease at life in past months, with a six-acre section zoned for new businesses and plenty of construction already completed or still in progress for the Coffee Roasters, Fresh Produce shop, Craft Brewery, and more.  This improvement was a test run to see how it could affect the area and we’re quite sure it has already done wonders.

Besides creating new jobs, which every community could definitely use, these improvements allow for some more variety in the area.  Having a coffee roaster nearby may not seem like a huge accomplishment to those who are used to having a Starbucks on every corner, but for those of us in West Palm Beach, having an Artisan coffee roaster is awesome!  Better than Starbucks any day of the week.

Evernia Street will be heating up in October!

Our opening day is set for October 1st, so Evernia Street will be a hot spot to be later this year.  We’re proud to be joining the ranks of many old and new craft breweries across the United States and can’t wait to see everyone!  With an outdoor seating area planned, a wood fire brick oven being installed, a great kitchen being built, and several taps planned, West Palm Beach Brewery and Wine Vault is well set to serve your needs.
