How many of you love craft beer? How many of you travel? How many of you travel, and search for craft breweries where you are going?
Well, here in the Orchid City, West Palm Beach, Florida, you can, at least in 2017, visit new craft breweries and micro breweries. I mean, REAL new.
“The city of West Palm Beach just passed brand new, first of a kind, ordinances permitting craft breweries, tap rooms and micro breweries” said Dan Galasso, a craft beer consultant who will be opening and running downtown West Palm Beach’s first craft brewery called… what else? West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault. (Yes, they serve upscale, small lot, premium California wine like BIG Cabernet Sauvignons from Napa, great Zins from Sonoma, and Pinot Noir from Sta. Rita Hills).
The city brewery ordinances were passed in September of 2016. Look for two new breweries in the “white-hot” Warehouse District near Okeechobee Road (not Old Okeechobee and not Okeechobee Blvd), north of Belvedere and south of Okeechobee Boulevard (west of the convention center), east of 95.
But that’s not the only craft brewery in West Palm.
