Blanc Stare If you like a Saison, belly up to The Long Bar at the West Palm Brewery for this Brut Saison at 7.3% ABV. Pair it with a fresh arugula salad or the fire roasted cauliflower made at the brewery’s restaurant, The Intracoastal Kitchen.
Nerds in Paradise OK; this is a big one. Or, a flavorfull one ! Just like “Shell Game”, which is a peanut beer, this Nerds in Pardise has the craft beer consumer recognizing the influence that one doesn’t normally see in a beer, even a craft beer. This coconut imperial stout falls from the coconut palm tree at 8.3% ABV. Consider this as your dessert beer after you have dinner at the brewery because this craft brewery does not “do” food trucks but actually has a restaurant inside their tap room. https://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-food/

Consider a side by side wine + craft beer pairing with the 2017 Drum Canyon Cellars Sauvignon Blanc from the Santa Ynez Valley or the 2016 Drum Canyon Cellars Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay.
