The craft beer which we make on the premises on Evernia  Street must be great.  Consumers demand that.  But, we also take a ‘larger’ approach.  We recognize that you want an experience.  So, we work hard to come up with great craft beer, food, wine, music and sports experiences.”  And, Pankauski is serious.  He stresses that he does not take your consumer dollar for granted. “We want to earn your trust, but also your time. You can be anywhere.  How can I get you to visit my brewery and wine bar?  I need to earn your attention.  And, I’m committed to doing that.”
  • Block Party  The West Palm Brewery has been open for less than one year and already has a national reputation for great craft beer, food, wine, and block parties.  Block parties?  Yes. • Independent Brewery.  The West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault is independently owned and operated. “We don’t distribute” says Pankauski almost defiantly, as if he has something to prove. “And... ” he adds. “We have no plans to distribute.” So, you can’t taste his award winning craft beer that now has a national reputation, in a bar or restaurant or in Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s.  You can only get it in his brewpub, his microbrewery at 332 Evernia Street.
