Who has the best brewery food around? That would be the West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault at 332 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Here’s why.
Best Brewery Food. OK, so, we know that local craft breweries are all about the beer, right? I mean, if you’re at a brewery, well, the beer should be the beginning and “end”. Understood. But, consider what the owner of the award winning West Palm Beach Brewery learned: “I never, ever, expected to have a restaurant” says John Pankauski, whose West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault turned 1 year old in December of 2018. “Friends, colleagues and craft beer lovers kept telling me to put in food. And, get this, no food trucks!” Pankauski explains. So, he put in a little restaurant at his brewery, complete with a handmade, $20,000 Sonoma, California wood fire oven. ” I realized that as much as people love great beer, they often want a bite to eat with their craft in the glass. So, our restaurant is key. I want the food to be as delicious as the craft beer we are making right here on the premises at 332 Evernia Street.“
Wine + Beer. “We have the best brewery food around” says Pankauski. “And that’s what distributors in the southeast tell me!” Pankauski, who is actually a wine guy, also wanted to offer premium, limited production wine at his brewery. “I always wanted to do something in the wine world. And I wanted to create an experience where, if you don’t drink beer, you can still visit and have a wonderful glass of wine which you won’t find anywhere else. Something rare, special, high quality and in small lots. Now, I have the holy trinity: craft beer, premium wine and artisan food. All made with sincerity and passion.“ The wine bar at the West Palm Beach Brewery is the #1 wine bar and wine shop around, offering 50 wines that are all top drawer, from some of America’s best vineyards, made in very small lots. https://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-wines/
Great Food. So, back to the food. “We offer three types of food, basically. ” begins Pankauski “We offer bar bites: small nibbles that give you a bite to eat with that great glass of wine or craft beer. Cheese plate, charcuterie, hot pretzel with cheese/beer dipping sauce.” says Pankauski, proud of his chefs and kitchen staff. “Next, we have appetizer sized portions of heartier fare: delicious meatballs in our home made red sauce, sliders on wonderful pretzel buns, asparagus wrapped in proscuitto, chicken wings that are never fried. Finally, we have dinner size portions, including our Florence-inspired pizza, fire roasted cauliflower, filet mignon bites and our upcoming mac ‘n cheese bar with everything from brisket to shrimp to more devilish, filling options.” https://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-food/ So, if you want to try the best brewery food in Palm Beach County, maybe south Florida, or, according to some in the craft beer industry, in all of Florida, mozy over to this micro brewery and tap room at 332 Evernia Street.
