The Best Wings in West Palm Beach Are at This Craft Brewery

Who has the best wings in Palm Beach County? Maybe you are in town for a conference at the Palm Beach County Convention Center  http://www.pbconventioncenter.com/ or have a business meeting and are hankerin’ for a cold beer and some tasty wings.  The best wings near Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) are actually at a craft brewery in downtown West Palm Beach.  And, they are NOT fried. Here’s what you need to know.

  • Get to The Brewery!! The West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault has a restaurant inside the brewery, along with a 10 barrel, state-of-the-art production facility, tap room and amazing wine bar. They make the wings and the craft beer right on the premises!
  • NO Food Trucks! The brewery’s restaurant is called The Intracoastal Kitchen. This brewery restaurant is a nod to the geographic area of the brewery, located at 332 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401, just two blocks west of Flagler Drive and the Intracoastal waterway. It is also a nod to the craft and artisan nature of the brewery and its restaurant, which seeks to always source local ingredients. Farm to table, made to order, in sight!
  • Great Open Kitchen Seating! The brewery is close to the West Palm Beach Airport! It is approximately 7-12 minutes away, depending on the traffic and time of day. The brewery restaurant has an open kitchen with a hand made brick oven, with lots of wood to burn. The wood is ordered from a local purveyor of top notch, high quality wood suitable for top drawer restaurants. We burn a lot of wood at the Brewery restaurant, which creates an ever so slight smoke expression in the food. Grab a seat at the restaurant bar and watch it all unfold in front of your eyes.  The brewery restaurant does not take reservations, but if you want to rent out the entire brewery or reserve for parties of 15 or more, please email info@WestPalmBeer.com to talk business. We have a huge, 82″ HD Smart TV and 10 other 65″ Smart HD TV’s which show all live sports and late breaking national news. Come on in, sit in the new living room, or at The Vault wine bar or anywhere outside in the shade or under cover. Make yourself at home and have a bite to eat and a great drink before heading home, the Palm Beach airport, or your area hotel.
  • Wood-Fired Wings! The chicken wings at the brewery are carefully seasoned and never, ever, fried. They are fire roasted in the hand-made brick oven which was made in Sonoma, California. Our kitchen staff actually turns the wings more than once to get that charred sensation, which our patrons and customers tell us they love! We marinate, rub, and “sauté” our wings in “secret sauces” depending on the week and what our chef wants to do.  Mango habanero wings? One of the most popular! Limoncello wings? We need to make more. Old fashioned “Buffalo” wings? You got it. How about Parmesan & Garlic Wings? A BIG favorite.
  • Your Wings Need Great Beer + Wine! So, what do you drink with the best wings in Palm Beach?  Well, we have plenty of great craft beer made right here. Just check the chalkboard. A lot of brewery patrons favor the B4 Blonde Ale, or the MeterMaid IPA, or the 1-Star Dougie Mosaic Pale Ale.  But not to worry, we have dark beers, like our Palm Beach Porter, as well as amazing, vineyard-direct, premium wine. There’s something for everyone!
