Red Wine Tasting

The December 4 wine tasting will feature big red Rhone varietals from the Pankauski Cellars portfolio.

“I love Rhone varietals” says owner John Pankauski. Pankauski purchases grapes from some of the top vineyards in America.  On December 4, 2019 you’ll get to sample his Syrahs from Ballard Canyon AVA, Santa Ynez Valley AVA, and Walla Walla AVA.  “If you like Cabernet Sauvignon, but don’t drink much else, you will love my Syrah” boasts Pankauski.  This red wine tasting also offers three specials.  First, nibbles of wood-fire roasted accompaniments from Chef Andrew at the Intracoastal Kitchen. Second, Pankauski promises some pours of aged Rhones from his personal cellar.  Pankauski has been collecting wine for over 20 years.  When he leads a wine tasting, he often surprises guests with a few wine superstars from his personal wine collection. Finally, attendees will get to try barrel samples from Pankauski’s 2018 harvest which are lying in French oak in his wine production facility in California.

Pankauski Cellars Inky Black red wine is big and unctuous. It will be featured at the West Palm Beach Brewery’s December 4th big red wine tasting.
