This Brewery has food and they serve it from The Intracoastal Kitchen, the restaurant inside the West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault at 332 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.
What type of food does this brewery have? The West Palm Brewery has food! A limited menu of made-to-order food prepared in the open kitchen, where you can get a seat at the open bar and watch the action unfold. This is not a sports bar, but they do show sports and national news on their 82″ HD Smart TV and their ten 65″ HD Smart TV at their tap room, at the kitchen bar, and at the The Vault, their Napa Valley-like wine tasting bar and retail store.
Menu. The menu at this brewery restaurant features Florence inspired, wood fire upmarket pizza. They make the dough right on the premises! If you want to eat healthy, there is an Arugula salad with chicken, fire roasted cauliflower, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. If you are hankering for a wine flight, a glass of Cabernet, or perhaps a bottle of top notch Pinot Noir, the cheese plate or charcuterie may be a good call. As you might expect, there is high quality, “typical” food that goes well with great craft beer, like incredible wings (never fried, only charred in our wood oven), sliders, and pretzels. If you sit at the kitchen bar, ask Charlie for Grandma’s Garlic Bread, or thinly sliced smoked brisket or the meatballs in the red sauce. Some of the best stuff is not on the menu. Check the paper menu for limited production menu items and specials of the day.
Prices. Every item is under $20 and most are in the $8-$15 range. There is a happy hour most Mondays-Fridays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with deals on food, craft beer made right here and premium wine.
Outdoor Seating + More. There is shaded outdoor seating, along with inside (A/C) for 170. You can sit and have dinner at the wine bar, the open kitchen or in the Living Room if you get there early enough or reserve it for a party of 8 or more. Finally, if you are into wine flights and private tastings, ask Wine Director Danielle Cesario about having a private tasting or dinner in the VIP room for parties of 8 or more. You’ll meet either the owner, or the Wine Director, where you will talk wine, food, vineyards and travel, all the while sipping 5-8 premium wines offered exclusively at The Vault. This Brewery Has Food + Great Wine + Craft Beer! The craft beer is made on the premises and is outstanding. Their wine is premium wine, vineyard-direct, which are fully selected for vintage, varietal and vineyard block. The wine is seriously top quality and the Wine Club members will attest to that.
