Good Food at West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault

Looking for a brewery with good food in West Palm Beach?  Look no further than the West Palm Beach Brewery + Wine Vault at 332 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. Here’s what you need to know about this brewery restaurant and the craft beer they make right on the premises and the premium wine in The Vault.

  1. Brewery with Good Food. From the start, the West Palm Brewery wanted to provide a great experience that was different than other breweries. So, they invested a lot of money by putting in a restaurant and kitchen, along with a $20,000 hand made wood fire oven. The oven was hand made in Sonoma, California. Their goal: to craft great food and craft beer, both made with passion and sincerity right on the premises.
  2. Menu. Good food at this brewery starts with the menu, which is, admittedly, limited. But, they say that they make up for the limited offerings with flavor and freshness. And good food! Eat healthy with the Arugula salad and chicken, or the fire roasted cauliflower or asparagus lovingly wrapped in premium prosciutto. The fire burning oven behind the open bar kitchen is known for its upmarket, delicious wood fire Florence-inspired pizzas.     https://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-food/ And you also get what you might expect at a brewery, so called tap room or bar bites like charred wings (never fried, only fire roasted), pretzels, sliders and heavenly mac ‘n cheese. The kitchen is always striving to bring new and innovative, great tasting food to the brewery, so check out the paper menu on the wall by the open kitchen bar (seating for 10), for the daily specials.
  3. Premium Wine + Craft Beer.  Wine flights! Yup, order a flight of premium wine with that good food. With a 20 tap draft system behind the tap room, with views of the 10 barrel production facility, the brewery makes food and craft beer right there on the premises. With a top flight, serious wine bar and deep portfolio of over 20 wineshttps://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-wines/ you definitely will find a beverage to complement whatever cuisine you are enjoying. Order a flight of beers, sample our newly released craft drafts or have a wine flight, glass or bottle of premium wine. If you want a private wine tasting or craft beer tasting, call us up or email for details about getting a private tasting in the VIP Room with the owner, the chief brewer or Wine Director Danielle Cesario. You can always sit at The Vault and have dinner at their wine tasting bar. The Vault at the Brewery is their Napa Valley-like wine tasting room and wine shop.
  4. No Food Trucks. Most breweries in Florida do not have a restaurant.  Most breweries in Florida have food trucks, or menus from area restaurants to order from. The West Palm Brewery wanted to be a different type of craft brewery and tap room. They don’t have food trucks. They make their own food right there in their upmarket, wood oven kitchen. They realized that when you are enjoying craft beer made right here on the premises, you may want a bite to eat or even a complete dinner. So, they designed the Intracoastal Kitchen, an open kitchen concept complete with seating at the kitchen bar, the “open bar,” for 10.
  5. Made to Order. All the food is made to order and prepared in sight. The brewery’s restaurant, The Intracoastal Kitchen, makes their own dough for their Florence-inspired gourmet pizzas which have received rave reviews on Google, Trip Advisors and Yelp.  https://www.yelp.com/biz/west-palm-brewery-and-wine-vault-west-palm-beach?osq=brewery
  6. Environment Matters: Locally Sourced Food. The restaurant at the brewery, and, indeed, the brewery itself, uses local, fresh ingredients every chance. Whether it’s seeking out fresh arugula from a Palm Beach farm or garden, to finding Plant City strawberries or raspberries for a blonde ale that the chief brewer is making. They like local and fresh. Here is the brewery’s environmental statement  https://www.westpalmbeer.com/brewery-environmental-mission-statement/
  7. Location + Free Parking. The brewery and its restaurant with good food is located at 332 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401, in downtown West Palm Beach, just a few blocks north of CityPlace and the Palm Beach County Convention Center http://www.pbconventioncenter.com/  and the new Hilton Hotel.  http://www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/florida/hilton-west-palm-beach-PBIWPHH/index.html  There is free parking in the designated spaces only (do not park in the east lane of spaces or the bank will boot you.) There is an 8 story, city parking garage literally 30 feet away which is reasonably priced on the corner of South Dixie Highway and Evernia Street. There is outdoor, shaded seating and inside seating (A/C!) for 170 persons.  Ask about reserving the Living Room for parties of 8 or more and private wine tastings.
