Happy Hour: 4pm - 7pm, M-F

Evernia Street is barreling in a lot of class!

Our Journey

Every day we come a little closer to opening our doors to the public here at West Palm Beach Brewery and Wine Vault and we’re really excited about it. We’ve spent months scouring the United States for great wines to feature, as well as putting together our “cast and crew” so to speak and we expect the results to be absolutely outstanding. As you know, we’ve featured quite a few of the different craft beers and premium that we’ve been tasting all over the country and knowing that we’re going to be joining the ranks of some of those great breweries and wine cellars has us cheering!

Dad's Blend from Pankauski Wine CellarsLocated on Evernia Street, the brewery and wine vault will feature a taproom and outdoor seating area as well, with plenty of room for you and your friends to kick back and enjoy some great craft beer or premium wine while you talk about your day, your plans, or just about the beer and wine. You won’t find better scenery than in West Palm Beach, as we have beaches galore and plenty of sights to see, especially during the summer and fall when West Palm Beach becomes a serious hot spot for tourism.

However, today we’re not here to tell you about all of the bikinis or the kayaking that you will find here in South Florida. Instead, we’re reminding you that we’ll be featuring premium wines from Pankauski Wine Cellars and we’ll be the only place in the United States with their wines in our racks. We’re quite pleased with the agreement we’ve entered with them and we hope to see smiles on all of your faces as you try their delicious wines yourself later this year.

We recently tasted a bottle of their Dad’s Blend and were really impressed with the quality that this wine cellar brings to the table. So impressed that we’re barreling in the quality to West Palm Beach only, which says quite a lot! They have wines whose grapes are sourced from several different appellations of Napa Valley including Coombsville, Spring Mountain, Oakville, and Sonoma County and the quality of each one we’ve tried has been top-notch.

We can’t wait to start sharing these outstanding premium wines with all of you and we’re looking forward to seeing all of you at our opening later this year! In the meantime, we’d better get back to work, as we don’t want any more delays! Happy tasting and see you later this year!
