Our Journey

Winter is a great time to try new foods.  Why?  Restaurants all over the country are bringing out their winter best, which means there is plenty of hot food to warm you up.  Here in West Palm Beach, that is equally true, even though our weather is a bit better than the rest of the country right now.  You can find delicious and hot artisan food at The Intracoastal Kitchen, which is located right here at West Palm Beach Brewery on Evernia St.!

While you may think that artisan food is only about making things from scratch, it goes much deeper than that.  Chef Andrew makes his own pizza dough and mozzarella right here at the kitchen, which ensures you’re getting fresh ingredients every time.  In addition, we source the majority of our ingredients locally!  That, my friends, is what artisan food is really about.  Fresh ingredients, locally grown and dishes that are made to order.

This is why we’ve had such great reviews since our opening.  Our wood-fired brick oven pizzas are absolutely delicious.  In addition, the wood-fired crispy wings have been an absolute hit!  Chef Andrew has truly made us proud of his dedication to creating outstanding dishes, every time.  We’ve heard nothing but good about the dishes he has created and we expect that trend to continue long into the future.

Don’t forget to consider pairing your meal with a mouth-watering brew from our taps.  Our house brews are created in our brewery, which is located on-site.  You’ll fall in love with our Palm Beach Porter, Evernia Street Saison, and Five Six One Hefeweizen whether you try them on their own or pair them with your meal.  If you’re unsure of which to try, just ask one of the staff to make a suggestion!  We look forward to seeing you and hearing what you think!
