Happy Hour: 4pm - 7pm, M-F

No more red tape, roll in the crew!

Our Journey

Just as the title says, we’ve finally made it through the miles of red tape and we’ve received the go-ahead to start construction here at West Palm Beach Brewery and The Vault!  This is, obviously, great news to us and it should make you smile, too!  We updated (what feels like ages ago) to show you the gorgeous, shiny tanks as they were being loaded onto the trucks, then updated again as they were delivered.  Now, we finally have the chance to get everything underway and start putting it all together.

We estimate that it will take about six months to complete all of the necessary construction at our site, so we are looking at our opening being pushed all the way to October, just in time for Octoberfest!  While this is a bit frustrating as we wanted to open much earlier this year, we’re still extremely excited, as we get to open during one of the most prolific times in the craft brewing industry!  After all, what says craft beer more than Octoberfest?!  We’re certainly not upset by the chance to open in time for that great event.

In addition, we’ll be able to open up The Vault at West Palm Beach Brewery, our premier wine tasting area.  We’re still glowing over our exclusive contract with Pankauski Wine Cellars, as this means we get to bring a specific line of wines to our patrons that they won’t be able to find anywhere else in the United States!  Not bad, right?  In addition to those lovely premium wines, we’ll be offering some “guest wines” and will be keeping the bottles touchable and readable for our guests.  This means you actually get to touch the bottles and read the labels yourselves.  There is something about holding a bottle of truly amazing wine that cannot be skipped out on.

We can only imagine how wine connoisseurs have felt for centuries holding the bottles they have procured over time.  The collections out there are vast in some cases, with wines being valued in the tens of thousands of dollars!  That is not to say that those wines are still drinkable, but the collector’s value is immense in some cases.  We’re proud to be able to bring some of that old-world tradition and taste to West Palm Beach and we can’t wait to share our experiences and collections with each of you when you visit.

We look forward to the coming months with fervor, as we’ve been ready to get these doors open to the public for quite some time now and we’re dancing with anticipation while we get every ready to go after such a long wait.  Keep checking back, as we’ll be updating with our progress as we go and we’re super excited to be sharing the experience with all of our readers!
