At West Palm Brewery, we have no food trucks.
Instead, we invite you to have dinner at The Intracoastal Kitchen. The Intracoastal Kitchen is an open kitchen, where your food is prepared in sight. Check out our handmade, custom-built, made in the USA, brick oven where we fire roast our food.
Our food menu offers fresh, local ingredients with plenty of flavor. Our food is always made to order.
Our kitchen is bursting with taste. Our Florence-inspired wood fired brick oven pizzas cry out for a glass of wine from The Vault. We use only fresh dough and mozzarella which is made on-site.
The wood fired crispy wings are sensational, and pair wonderfully with Chief Brewer Joel Kodner’s delicious drafts.
The culinary team offers flavor-packed, fire-roasted, seasonal vegetables such as asparagus or cauliflower: we believe that you don’t need butter or tons of oil to eat well & healthy. The Bavarian Pretzel comes with a side of beer cheese, which is made from our in-house craft beer. We even have meat and cheese boards with only the best imported meats and cheeses.
