If You Go — West Palm Brewery

5 Things You Need to Know about this Palm Beach Restaurant.

  1. Artisan Food. The food is all made in their hand made, wood fire oven. “Our oven was made in wine country, in Sonoma” says West Palm Beach Brewery owner John Pankauski, who hails from Boston. “Since we offer super-premium, limited production wine at our wine bar, this was a perfect fit.” Nothing is fried here and there is no liquor served. Only award winning craft beer made on the premises and top notch wine. https://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-food/
  2. Super Casual. The atmosphere is a blend between Napa Wine bar, open wood fire oven kitchen and New England cottage . Sort of. This brewery does not have an industrial fee. It’s clean with air conditioning and slightly upscale. “We offer the ‘holy trinity’” explains Pankauski, who was really a wine lover before opening a, now, nationally acclaimed craft brewery. “We offer craft beer made here and served only in our tap room, wine from the best vineyards in Napa, and artisan food with locally sourced ingredients. We are limited but strong.”
  3. Serious Wine Bar. Pankauski is in wine country almost every month and his top shelf selections show it. https://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-wines/ Sure, he has amazing, bold Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, but wine nerds will love talking to him about his vineyard contracts and AVAs. Howell Mountain or Oakville? Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir , Santa Luica Highlands or Sonoma Coast? Wine sommeliers love his groovy, a 2018 Gruner Veltliner and his 2018 Palm Beach Sunset Rose’. Yes, this Palm Beach wine bar offers selections you literally cannot get elsewhere — like a lot of Napa wineries and tasting rooms.
  4. Family Friendly + Pet Friendly. “It’s not just for beer lovers” explains Pankauski, who gets a lot of families on Saturdays and Sundays. “You can bring your mom or dad and spouse and kids here. We are family friendly.” Look for this Palm Beach restaurant to begin smoked meats and BBQ on weekends, offering brisket, ribs and pulled pork. They just selected Pepsi for their soda products and expect to roll out a kid’s pizza and endless drinks. Well behaved dogs are treated lovingly outside with free water bowls and treats.
  5. Outside Dining. There is shaded outside table service and seating.
