Private Wine Tastings at The Vault at West Palm Brewery

Uncategorized

Now, you and your friends can enjoy private wine tastings of premium wine at The Vault, the Napa Valley-like wine tasting room and wine bar located at the West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault, 332 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Find out how you can enjoy great wine and also get the inside scoop on premium and ultra-premium wine for you and your friends in an exclusive setting– a private wine tasting setting that is quiet, relaxed and exclusive, complete with charcuterie, cheese and accompaniments.

  • Premium Wine! The Vault at the West Palm Brewery is now offering private wine tastings in a relaxed and exclusive setting for you and your friends. Why?
  • Let’s Talk Wine + Taste! At The Vault at the West Palm Brewery, we are all about small production, limited, craft and artisan wine and craft beer. And…. creating a memorable wine experience! And now, that great, artisan, upmarket experience includes private wine tastings. Truth be told, the owner was always a wine lover before he became interested in craft beer made right here on the premises and served in our tap room.
  • In short, we are as passionate about great wine as we are about craft beer. And now –after suggestions from our best wine customers (thank you !) — we are offering our patrons and wine fans a chance to enjoy and sample some of  20+ wines  https://www.westpalmbeer.com/our-wines/ in a private tasting for you and your friends.
  • Wine Tastings for Parties of Up to 20. If you want to sample and explore the great Napa Cabernet Sauvignons or a series of top notch, vineyard direct Pinot Noirs or any of our other wine offerings, you can now do that at a private table in our VIP Room right near the wine bar. Reservations are required.
  • Create your own tasting! Want to taste only white wines? You got it! Want all medium bodied wines or Rhone varietals? Done! In the mood for just big Napa reds or a series of Pinot Noir? Just say the word.
  • Cost. The cost for a private tasting is $20 per person. This fee is waved with the purchase of six bottles of wine per person. Purchase a case or more and your and a guest’s fees are waived.
  • What Can You Expect? You can expect a personal tasting with the owner or (fresh from Napa!) Wine Director Danielle Cesario and a sampling of 5-8 wines plus charcuterie and cheese or nibbles. We will walk you through the wines, the vineyards, the blocks, and what you’re experiencing in the glass. We’ll talk in a basic, plain-English way about what we like in wine and why. No snobby talk. No attitudeWine should be fun, right!? After all, if you look on the back of some of the wine labels, you read how we feel. “Wine: the great unifier.”
  • Where? If you have preferences from our portfolio of wines, we will be glad to include those with enough advance notice. If you are interested in a VIP wine tasting, please let us know when you would like to reserve the Winemaker’s Table in the VIP room. If you prefer to sit among the general public, in a more comfortable setting, ask us to reserve our living room complete with couches, comfy chairs and coffee tables.  There is no charge for reserving the living room for parties of 8 or more.

  • Size of Private Wine Tastings. For parties of 8 or more, you can reserve the entire living room or the VIP room and Winemaker’s Table for your group.  Or, opt for a semi-private tasting with a small group of like minded wine lovers if you don’t have 8 in your party.  We will arrange a tasting for you with other wine fans, with the total number of semi-private wine tasting attendees limited to 14 persons. (For private tastings, we can accommodate up to 20 persons.)
  • Our wine list is constantly expanding, with increased grape contracts and new varietals. For the rest of 2018, look for amazing, ultra premium Cabernet Sauvignons from Napa Valley, Howell Mountain and Calistoga and the Stags Leap District. These are a wonderful complement to our Rutherford, Coombsville and Oakville offerings. Look for delicious red wine like Inky Black red wine and I Want Different…Mourvedre. Soon, we will expand our Pinot Noir portfolio to six Pinot Noirs, including the much anticipated Palm Beach Pinot, a Sonoma Coast offering and a Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands and, of course, the Sta. Rita Hills. In 2019, look for a Gruner Vetlinerhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gr%C3%BCner_Veltliner   Mourvedre, Grenache and Syrah offerings.
  • Wine Club.  Although we have a Wine Club with exclusive offers, futures offerings, private events and many steep discounts and bonus savings, you do NOT have to join the Wine Club to have a private wine tasting. And please remember: there is never, EVER, any sales pressure to purchase wine.
