Flash forward to 2019: Pankauski now owns a wine production company which makes small lot, super premium wine sold at the West Palm Beach Brewery & Wine Vault. “Most of my wines are made in 25-150 case lots, so there’s very little to go around” starts Pankauski. He wants to bring the experience of high quality, Napa wine tastings to Palm Beach. “I’ve got the high quality wine covered” jokes Pankauski “Now, I am focused on creating the experience of being on Rt. 29 in Napa, or the Silverado Trail.”

What can you expect at his fall, 2019 wine tastings? “We will be sipping my wines centered around a theme. There will be nibbles from Chef Andrew. And banter, talk of travel, food, and wine, of course.” After all, as Pankauski says: Wine is the great unifier.” And, he should know, not only as a wine consumer, but also as one who is in the biz. “I’ve made so many great friends in Napa, Sonoma, Santa Barbara and Walla Walla” says Pankauski. He is in wine country constantly. Pankauski focuses on Napa for his Cabernet Sauvignon and big reds. Pankauski makes his Pinot Noirs, his Rhone varietals and most of his whites with Ken Brown, in Santa Barbara. http://www.KenBrownWines.com
